Executive Chef Clifton
Executive Chef Clifton Smith is a graduate of Johnson and Wales’ Culinary School, the prestigious school whose alumni includes Emeril Lagasse, Tyler Florence, and Michelle Bernstein. Born and raised in Jamaica, Chef Clifton worked at many of the top resorts there, including the Jamaican Pegasus. There he was provided a multi-cultural learning experience and participated in countless food festivals that would highlight flavors from around the world, adding flavors to his repertoire including Caribbean, Cuban, Italian, French, American, and many more. He had the opportunity to cook for many high-profile people including President Clinton, Pope John Paul II, the Queen of England, Fidel Castro and the Prime Minister of Jamaica.
Executive Chef Eliot
Executive Chef Eliot Botsolis brings over 40 years of exceptional culinary expertise to the Biscayne Lady Yacht Charter Team. Chef Eliot is proudly continuing a family legacy in the culinary industry. His background comes from several upscale restaurants in Boston, Chatham, and Plymouth Massachusetts. During that time, he also led the opening of many other restaurants. He has been featured on The Food Network for one of his award-winning recipes and had the pleasure of preparing meals for Robert Redford, Cindy Lauper, Jamie Lee Curtis and Mia Servino, among others.

Our onboard, highly skilled, professional barista creates a wide variety of gourmet coffees, espressos, macchiatos, cappuccinos, lattes, café con leches, cortaditos, and assorted hot teas.
